The Biggest Mozzarella di Bufala
One of the dinners, and I think maybe the last one, with our guests was actually the worst dinner I have had here to date. Nothing tasted fresh and it was a waste of money. HOWEVER, we did get this monstrous thing:
In case anyone is wondering what 520 grams of mozzarella di bufala looks like!! Oh, and this is typically a plate for two to share… (gulp!). To quote our waiter, “You guys have McDonald’s, we have buffalo mozzarella.”
