Just a little blurb on our experience visiting the famous Gabrielle Bonci restaurant, Pizzarium, while in Rome for the Epiphany holiday. The man who invented fried pasta! I’m not sure if his debut on Netflix’s “Chef’s Table Pizza” brought in the loads of crowds or if it has always been packed with people… but we waited almost TWO HOURS just to order!! Best fried carbonara and most expensive to-go restaurant I have ever been to!!

Our roots will forever be from here, America, born and raised. Yet, life requires us to move more frequently than we care to count.
