Complimenti!! It’s been 33 years and only the 3rd time in history!! They did it. The Naples soccer team has won it all! This has been such an incredible and special time to be in Italy (and in particular Naples). To see these games unfold, the hometown rise up in support, and the high spirits of locals. The community went absolutely wild! What a sight to see and experience!

Now it’s official: Napoli are champions of Italy for the third time in their history.

All of Italy is celebrating. From Rome to Milan, from Naples to Turin.

The joy of the Azzurri fans has no brakes.

In all the main cities of Italy a contagious enthusiasm has been unleashed for the third scudetto of Napoli. Adults, young people but also many children wave flags and sing choirs for their champions.

Scenes of absolute delight!

At the Maradona stadium, last night, there were 50,000 fans watching the match from the giant screens that was taking place in Udine.

From the moment of the final whistle of the match, enthusiasm without limits!

Every street and every square turns blue.

Beautiful fireworks colored the night…

The party is everywhere!

In fact, for months Naples has been decorated with blue flags, festoons, everyone was anxiously awaiting the tricolor shield.

A recognition for a team and a coach who have demonstrated absolute excellence on the field. We congratulate all of them.

This is a victory that also includes other meanings that go beyond football.

It is a source of pride and somehow “of redemption” for Naples, for the south and for the many of our fellow citizens who look at us from all over the world!

Naples is a beautiful city but with many inconveniences and complications.

This victory ignites strength, trust and hope in the soul of the Neapolitan people.

This victory has given us an emotion that is priceless!

And we proudly say: Simme ‘e Napule paisà!

We belong to Naples!
